You need to have a weekly dashboard set up to track progress. Post it on Slack, talk about it during the weekly meeting, but don't forget it exists. Here are my tips for setting up a weekly dashboard:
Make sure everyone on the team agrees on the metrics you are using. Don't just tell them the KPIs, sell them.
The KPIs need to be understood by everyone on the team. What they mean and how to calculate them.
The team needs to feel confident they can impact the metrics.
Measure forward progress. Up and to the right! 📈🚀
Anti-KPI - tells you if it's too good to be true.
