Lifting till Failure

It’s hard to solve a problem if you don’t believe you can solve it.

When you lift weights, you get stronger by lifting till failure. Almost every time you find yourself going further than you expect.

Try things that push beyond your perceived limits into the unknown. You might fail, but that’s the only way to improve and in the long-term succeed.
